Brewing Instructions

Step 1: Boil

Bring water to a boil, reaching 95-100 degrees Celsius.

Step 2: Have It With or Without Milk

With Milk (Assam Symphony or Royal Assam): Add an equal ratio of milk and water to create a smooth, creamy texture. Without Milk (Assam Symphony or Regal Harmony): Skip this step!

Step 3: Add Tea Leaves

Add one teaspoon (2g) of tea leaves for every 150-160 ml of water, ensuring a rich flavor.

Avoid boiling—steep instead to prevent bitterness, especially when drinking without milk.

Step 4: Strain & Sweeten

Strain your tea into a cup and enhance the flavour by adding sugar to your preference.
