Brewing Instructions

Step 1: Boil
Bring water to a boil, reaching 95-100 degrees Celsius.

Step 2: Have It With or Without Milk
With Milk (Royal Assam): Add an equal ratio of milk and water to create a smooth, creamy texture. Without Milk (Regal Harmony): Skip this step!

Step 3: Add Tea Leaves
Add one teaspoon (2g) of tea leaves for every 150-160 ml of water, ensuring a rich flavor.
Avoid boiling—steep instead to prevent bitterness, especially when drinking without milk.

Step 4: Strain & Sweeten
Strain your tea into a cup and enhance the flavour by adding sugar to your preference.
Darjeeling And Assam
Home to India's most exquisite tea gardens, Assam and Darjeeling play pivotal roles in the country’s vibrant tea industry. Nestled in the picturesque northeastern region, Assam boasts lush tea gardens that flourish along the banks of the Brahmaputra River. Assam’s prized Second Flush harvest is celebrated for its robust, bold, and malty teas with a natural vibrancy like no other. In contrast, Darjeeling is situated in the breathtaking Himalayan foothills, where the cool, crisp climate and rolling terraces cultivate exquisite teas distinguished by their captivating floral aroma and delicate muscatel flavor. Darjeeling’s esteemed First Flush harvest, often referred to as the "Champagne of Teas," delights with its light, floral freshness and a rich, aromatic grace.
