Cancellation & Exchange Policy

• Order cancellations can be accommodated only if the order has not yet entered processing.
• Once your order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations or modifications will no longer be possible.
• To request a cancellation, please immediately email us at care@1950origins.com with your order details. While we'll make every effort to assist you, cancellations after processing begins cannot be guaranteed.

• Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not issue refunds after delivery.
• We provide replacements only for products delivered in damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect conditions.
• If your product has arrived damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt. Our team is dedicated to promptly assisting you and resolving any issues.

• Although we do not offer refunds, we gladly offer exchanges or replacements for products received in damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect conditions.
• To initiate an exchange:

1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order at care@1950origins.com.
2. Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for exchange.

• All exchange requests are reviewed and approved based on inspection by our quality team.

Please Note:

• Products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or customized to your order are not eligible for exchange.
• Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive an Exchange Authorization (EA) number along with clear return instructions.
• In the case of an error on our part (such as wrong, expired, or damaged items), we will cover the return shipping charges. For all other situations, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Upon receiving and verifying the returned product, we will aim to dispatch your replacement within 2–5 business days.
