Exchange & Return Policy

At 1950 Origins, we strive to provide products of the highest quality. While we do not offer refunds, we are pleased to offer exchanges or replacements under the following conditions:

1Eligible Reasons for Exchange or Replacement:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • You received an expired product.

2Conditions for Exchange:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting care@1950origins.com.
  • Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • All exchange requests are subject to review and approval by our quality inspection team.

3Non-Exchangeable Items:

Please note that certain products cannot be exchanged, including:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Customized, personalized, or special-edition items.

4Exchange Procedure:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at care@1950origins.com with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description.
  2. Exchange Authorization: Upon approval of your request, you will receive an Exchange Authorization (EA) number along with detailed return instructions.
  3. Return Shipment:
  • If the exchange is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong, or expired product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other approved exchanges, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs.

4. Replacement Dispatch: Once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, your replacement product will be dispatched within 2–5 business days.
