1Domestic Shipping (India):

  • All orders are dispatched from our facility in Kolkata, West Bengal, through reliable logistics providers.
  • We offer free standard shipping across India.
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from the date of placement.

2International Shipping:

  • International shipping costs vary based on destination.
  • To place an international order or inquire about shipping rates, please contact us directly at care@1950origins.com. Kindly provide your location and order details so our team can assist you effectively.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
  • Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and other charges incurred upon delivery.

3Order Tracking:

  • Upon dispatch of your order, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
  • While creating an account is optional, it is recommended for your convenience to easily track orders.

4Address Modifications:

  • Address changes can only be accommodated if your order has not yet been processed.
  • Once your order enters processing or has been shipped, modifications or cancellations will no longer be possible.
  • If you need to request a modification, please contact us immediately at care@1950origins.com, clearly mentioning your order details. While we'll strive to assist, modifications cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

5Shipping Damage Claims:

  • Every order is carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. However, if your order arrives damaged:
  1. Do not use or discard the item.
  2. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing care@1950origins.com.
  3. Include clear photos of both the product and packaging.
  • We will promptly investigate your claim and, if necessary, arrange a replacement.

6Missing Items:

  • Occasionally, orders may be delivered in multiple parcels.
  • If you suspect any items are missing from your order, contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
